1. Overview

We believe you should always have full control over your account and data. You can permanently delete your Ambisius account at any time directly from inside our mobile or web apps.

This guide explains how to delete your account, what happens to your data, and how you can request deletion even if you have already uninstalled the app.

2. How to Delete Your Account (Step-by-Step)

2.1 From the Mobile App (iOS & Android)

  1. Open the Ambisius app on your phone and log in.
  2. Tap your Profile Avatar in the top-right corner.
  3. Tap Account Settings.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete My Account.
  5. Review the confirmation screen.
  6. Confirm your identity by entering your password or verifying with Face ID / fingerprint / Apple / Google.
  7. Tap Permanently Delete Account. You will be logged out immediately and your account deletion will begin.

2.2 From the Desktop Web App (https://app.ambisius.com)

  1. Log in to https://app.ambisius.com on your computer.
  2. In the bottom-left sidebar, click your Name / Avatar.
  3. Select Account Profile & Security.
  4. Scroll to the Danger Zone at the bottom.
  5. Click Delete My Account.
  6. Type the word DELETE and enter your current password to confirm.
  7. Click Permanently Delete Account. Your session ends immediately.

2.3 Deleting an Entire Organization (Owner Only)

If you are the Owner and want to permanently delete your entire business organization, including all workspaces, databases, and records:

  1. Open https://app.ambisius.com on your computer.
  2. In the top-left menu, choose the Organization you want to delete.
  3. Go to Organization Settings → General Settings.
  4. Scroll down to the Danger Zone.
  5. Click Delete Organization.
  6. Type your Organization Name to confirm.
  7. Click Confirm Deletion.

Note for Owners: If you are the sole Owner of an active Organization with other members, you cannot delete your personal user account alone until you either transfer ownership to an Admin or delete the Organization first.

3. Requesting Deletion Without the App Installed

If you have already removed the app from your phone or cannot log in, you can easily request deletion via email:

  • Email: Send a request to privacy@ambisius.com or support@ambisius.com.
  • Subject: Delete My Account - [Your Registered Email]
  • What to include: Your full name and registered email address.
  • Process: We will send a confirmation link to your registered email to make sure nobody else requested it by mistake. Once you confirm, our team will permanently delete your account within 7 business days.

4. What Happens to Your Data

When your account or organization is deleted:
