How agent credits work.
Monthly credits come first
Starter includes 500 and Growth 1,500 credits every month. They refresh on the day you first paid and don't carry over.
Top up when you need more
Extra packs of 500 credits are used once your monthly credits run out. They stay valid as long as your paid plan is active.
A fair-use window
You can use up to 50 (Starter) or 150 (Growth) credits in any 4 hours. If you hit it, you'll see exactly when more are available.

Billing, answered.
Is there auto-renewal?
No. You buy 1, 3, 6 or 12 months up front. We remind you 14, 7 and 1 day before your plan ends, and you extend only if you want to.
What happens when my term ends?
Everything keeps working for a 14-day grace period, and you can still use any credits you have left. After that, the organization moves to the Free plan.
Can I extend early?
Yes. An extension always starts from your current end date, so you never lose a day.
How does upgrading from Starter to Growth work?
It applies right away. You pay only the difference for the time left on your term, and 1,000 extra credits are added immediately.
What if I downgrade, or go over the Free limits?
Downgrades apply at the end of your term. If you're over the new limits, the Owner keeps full access and can export everything, but adding new data pauses until you're back within limits. An organization that stays over the limits for 90 days is deleted, with reminders 30, 7 and 1 day before.
Who needs an Admin seat?
Admins build and manage workspaces, tables, rules and views, and use the agent. Members, usually your staff, view, add and update data at no cost. The Owner never needs a paid seat.
Which currency will I pay in?
Organizations billed in Indonesia pay in Rupiah by virtual account, QRIS or e-wallet. Everyone else pays in US dollars by card. Your currency is set at your first purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Terms, seats and credit packs aren't refundable. Removing seats or downgrading takes effect at the end of your term, so you keep what you paid for.
