How to Build a Subscription Renewal Countdown

Memberships and service contracts renew on different dates. A countdown and a filtered view tell you who to contact this week.

1. Add a Renewal Date to each subscription, linked to the customer.
2. Add a rule: "days until renewal".
3. Create a view filtered to renewals in the next 14 days, sorted by date.
